Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical features and related factors of coronary heart disease with abnormal thyroid function. Methods We selected 102 patients with coronary heart disease from January 2010 to January 2016 from department of endocrinology of Qinghai provincial people's hospital, and analyzed the clinical characteristics and related factors of patients with coronary heart disease with abnormal thyroid function. Results 102 coronary heart disease patients, including 20 cases of hypothyroidism, 26 cases of subclinical hypothyroidism, and 56 cases of normal thyroid function in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD). The difference between thyroid function normal group and hypothyroidism group, subclinical hypothyroidism group in TG, TC, LDL-C and BNP was statistically significant (P<0.05). The levels of FT3 and FT4 in hypothyroidism group were lower than those in the normal group, and the TSH level was significantly higher than that of the normal group, and the difference was significant (P<0.05). The level of FT3 and FT4 in subclinical hypothyroidism group was similar to that of normal group, but the TSH level was higher than that of normal group, and the difference was significant (P<0.05). The proportion of 3 lesions in low FT3 group was significantly higher than that of normal FT3 group (P<0.05). There was no single lesion in the lower FT3 group. The proportion of 3 lesions was significantly higher than the normal FT3 group (P<0.05). Conclusion In patients with coronary heart disease is likely to happen hypothyroidism and subclinical hypothyroidism, it could lead to dyslipidemia in patients with serious. Therefore, the clinic need to strengthen the thyroid function examination of patients with coronary heart disease, so that the patient's treatment is more scientific and reasonable.
