Abstract：Accompanying with the development of science and technology and human cognition, the principle and methods of clinical research are becoming more mature today, and various kinds new methods and tools constantly coming forth. In this article, we combined with the increasing attention of clinical research in our academic circles and government to analysis and introduce the relevant information about clinical research field, involving the new tools, status of professional development, new guiding principle, new research method, present situation and reasons of talent, and the implications for medical education and health care settings.
