Abstract:Objective To discuss the relationship between platelet-lymphocyte ratio (PLR) and coronary slow-flow (CSF).Methods CSF patients (n=46) were chosen as CSF group from the Department of Cardiology of People's Hospital affiliated to Hubei University of Medicine from Apr. 2015 to Dec. 2016. Meanwhile the patients (n=48) with normal outcomes of coronary angiography (CAG) were randomly chosen as control group. The general clinical materials were collected, classification and count of blood cells were detected and value of PLR was calculated. Results The level of PLR was higher in CSF group than that in control group (141.44±22.97vs. 123.88±21.86), and level of mean platelet volume (MPV) was significantly higher in CSF group than that in control group [(10.93±0.93) fLvs. (10.58±0.74) fL, allP<0.05]. The Logistic regression analysis showed that higher PLR was an independent risk factor of CSF (OR=1.036, 95%CI: 1.015-1.058,P<0.001).Conclusion The levels of PLR and MPV increase significantly in CSF patients, which indicates that platelet dysfunction and chronic inflammatory reactions may be the important pathogenesis of CSF, and higher PLR is an independent risk factor of CSF.
