Abstract：The important task of clinical research on the stage is how to make full use of the rich clinical medical data, overcome technological barriers of clinical data integration, transform the diagnosis and treatment data to clinical research data, and provide long-term follow-up personalized medical service. Combining the innovative big data research methods and technologies is the key point to promote the clinical medical research, which is also mean to full use and integrate real world study method and clinical-research integration technology. We introduced the background of Clinical-Research Integration, the features of Clinical-Research Integration System, how to treat real world study under the big data thinking, and application strategies of Clinical-Research Integration with living examples.
