Compliance with Statins of Elderly Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

Abstract:Objective To analyze influence factor of compliance with statins of elderly patients with coronary heart disease. Methods From December 2010 to December 2014, 1322 patients with coronary heart disease were divided into groups according to result of Mofisky-Green (MG), including good compliance group and bad compliance group. The influencing factors were analyzed. Results There were significant differences in educational level(OR=0.08,95%CI:0.016~0.429), medical care costs(OR=1.27,95%CI:1.123~4.748), doctor-patient relationship(OR=16.13,95%CI:6.575~39.580), numbers of onset(OR=0.87,95%CI:0.001~0.976), knowledge of coronary heart disease(OR=9.49,95%CI:3.637~24.750) and statins (OR=0.90,95%CI:0.0~0.931), follow-up status(OR=0.16,95%CI:0.134~0.620), location (OR=23.61,95%CI:11.120~50.090) and ethnicity(OR=0.01,95%CI:0.001~0.014). Conclusion There were many influencing factors of compliance, interventions should be done for the relevant factors.
