Abstract：Large data collection methods have always been a headache for medical workers, and the birth of the REDCap system, with its good compatibility, convenience to multi-center clinical data acquisition play a major role. The redcap system is a secure web application based on PHP and MySQL. This article will introduce the REDCap system for many clinical practice, and how to build, designed to provide a convenient and unified data collection method for multicenter clinical research.
