The physical data of all medical workers was retrospectively analyzed. Results There were totally 1564 cases chosen, and among them 164 cases suffered from CHD. The incidence of CHD was higher in cases aged from 46 to 60 (18.46%), male cases (12.61%) and physicians (14.26%). Obesity (OR=1.268, 95%CI: 1.011~1.567), higher low-density lipoprotein-cholesterol (OR=1.928, 95%CI:1.478~2.559), lower high-density lipoprotein-cholesterol (OR=1.378, 95%CI: 1.045~1.98), hypercholesteremia (OR=1.568, 95%CI: 1.089~2.247), diabetes (OR=2.345, 95%CI: 1.526~3.677), smoking history (OR=2.239, 95%CI:1.460~3.329) and lack of exercises (OR=2.044, 95%CI: 1.001-2.824) were risk factors of CHD in medical workers. Conclusion Obesity, dyslipidemia, diabetes, smoking and lack of exercises are risk factors of CHD in medical workers, and controlling of these factors should be reinforced.
