Curative effect of diltiazem combined with alprostadil on variant angina

Abstract：Objective To discuss and analyze the curative effect of diltiazem combined with alprostadil on variant angina (VA).Methods VA patients (n=76) were chosen from the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine of Hechi People's Hospital from Feb. 2013 to Feb. 2016, and randomly divided into 2 groups (eachn=38). All groups were given routine treatment, and control group was additionally given Diltiazem Hydrochloride Tablets and observation group was additionally given Diltiazem Hydrochloride Tablets and intravenous Alprostadil Injection. After treatment for 1 m, the curative effect, hemorrheology indexes, vascular endothelial function and safety were compared and analyzed in 2 groups.Results The total effective rate was 94.7% in observation group, which was significantly higher than that in control group (78.9%) and the difference had statistical significance (χ2=10.89, P<0.05). After treatment for 1 m, the levels of whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, fibrinogen and endothelin-1 were significantly lower, and level of nitric oxide was significantly higher in observation group than those in control group (t=4.350, t=7.397,t=4.527,t=3.335, t=2.975,P<0.05).Conclusion Diltiazem combined with alprostadil has significant curative effect with higher safety in VA treatment, which is worth clinical promoting.
