Clinical research topic selection and its principle: a case-based introduction
Abstract：Selecting a research topic is the first and key step for performing a clinical research. Hence, to know whether the selected topic has value for clinical practice and how to select a appropriate topic is very important. In this article, we introduced the relationship between clinical practice and clinical research, source of idea, principle of selection, approach of research question formation, and how to choose appropriate study design.
