Curative effect of Yiqi Fumai Injection in patients with hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy and its influence on serum related factors

Abstract：Objective To investigate the curative effect of Yiqi Fumai Injection in patients with hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy (HOCM) and its influence on γ-glutamyltransferase (GGT).Methods HOCM patients (n=124, male 69 and female 55) were chosen from the Chinese PLA 251 Hospital from May 2008 to May 2016, and randomly divided into test group and control group (eachn=62). The test group was given Yiqi Fumai Injection based on routine treatment, and control group was given Dengzhanhua Injection based on routine treatment for 12 w. The level of serum GGT was detected and curative effect was reviewed in 2 groups before and after treatment.Results The level of GGT decreased in 2 groups after treatment, while that was lower in test group than that in control group [(13.45±6.18) μmol/Lvs. (28.63±12.37) μmol/L, allP<0.05]. There were 52 cases with significant efficacy (83.87%), 5 with relief effect (8.06%) and 5 without efficacy (8.06%), and the total effective rate was 91.94% in test group. There were 32 cases with significant efficacy (51.61%), 10 with relief effect (16.13%) and 20 without efficacy (32.26%), and the total effective rate was 67.74% in control group. The total effective rate was higher in test group than that in control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Yiqi Fumai Injection has higher curative effect on HOCM, and can significantly reduce the level of serum GGT.
