Abstract:Objective To analyze the influencing factors of blood pressure control in rural hypertensive patients. Method 264 hypertensive patients from rural area of Beijing were enrolled, including 136 males and 128 females. The patients were divided into treatment group (n=140) and control group (n=124). 8 patients of treatment group and 16 patients of control group were lost. Both groups implemented community standardized management of hypertension. The treatment group was given community intervention at the same time. Patients were followed up every 2 weeks for a total of four times; community intervention was performed at each follow-up. Before and after intervention, blood pressure was measured, the curative effect was evaluated, and the blood pressure control rate was calculated. Results Compared with before intervention, the systolic and diastolic blood pressure decreased after the intervention, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the systolic and diastolic blood pressure decreased significantly in the treatment group compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Compared with the control group, the total effective rate and blood pressure control rate of the treatment group increased, 70.37%vs. 86.36%, 18.52%vs. 39.39%, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Results of logistic regression analysis showed that blood pressure control in rural hypertensive patients was closely related to the following factors, including smoking (OR=0.83,95%CI:0.41~1.67), drinking (OR=0.76,95%CI:0.62~1.15), clinical course ≥ 5 years (OR=0.85,95%CI:0.61~1.18), self-test blood pressure (OR=2.31,95%CI:1.41~2.94), health education (OR=3.42, 95%CI:2.17~4.35) And behavioral guidance (OR=2.96,95%CI:2.03~3.59).Conclusion Standardized community intervention can significantly improve blood pressure control rate in rural.
