Abstract:Objection To systematically evaluate the curative effect of trimetazidine combined with compound salvia droplet pill (CSDP) on unstable angina pectoris (UAP).Methods Retrieved the databases like Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials, PubMed, CNKI, WangFang Database and VIP Database for collecting randomized controlled trials (RCT) about trimetazidine combined with CSDP for treatment of UAP, and the retrieval time was from the setup time of the databases to May 20, 2016. Those accorded with inclusion and exclusion criterion were collected by 2 researchers respectively, then meta-analysis was conducted using RevMan5.2 software. Results There were 13 RCT included involving 1381 cases of UAP. The results of meta-analysis showed that trimetazidine combined with CSDP could relieve angina symptom (RR: 1.24, 95%CI: 1.14~1.34) and ECG changes (RR: 1.28, 95%CI: 1.13~1.45), reduce ST-segment depression value (WMD: -0.57, 95%CI: -0.72~-0.43), and could also improve ejection fraction (WMD: 9.77, 95%CI: 4.60~14.94) and stroke volume (WMD: 10.05, 95%CI: 4.91~15.20), there were statistically significant differences all above. Conclusion The administration of trimetazidine combined with CSDP on the basis of the routine drugs will improve the curative effect in the patients with UAP.
