The influence of Guanxinping on cTnI, GMP-140 and D-D in patients with coronary heart disease

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of Guanxinping in treatment of coronary heart disease (CHD) and effects on the cardiac troponin I (cTnI), platelet granule membrane protein 140 (GMP-140), D-dimer (D-D). Method The patients (n=80, male 43, female 37) were chosen from Jan. 2015 to Jan. 2016 in Taihe hospital. All patients were randomly divided into control group (n=40) and observation group (n=40). The observation group was treated with Guanxinping, and control group was treated with Xinkeshu for 4 w. The changes of cTnI, GMP-140 and D-D were compared between 2 groups.Results The total effective rate was 80.00% in observation group and 50.00% in control group(P<0.05). After treatment, cTnI, GMP-140 and D-D decreased in observation group (allP<0.05). In observation group, cTnI [(0.07±0.02) ng/mlvs. (0.15±0.070) ng/ml], GMP-140 [(19.60±2.43) ng/mlvs. (23.81±5.20) ng/ml], and D-D [(0.70±0.14) mg/mlvs. (1.37±0.92) mg/ml] were better than those in control group after treatment (allP<0.05).Conclusion Guanxinping has obvious clinical efficacy on CHD and can decrease the levels of cTnI, GMP-140 and D-D.
