Abstract:Objective To discuss the influence of argatroban on major adverse cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events (MACCE) in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods The patients (n=110) were chosen from the Department of Neurology of Xi’an Gaoxin Hospital from Jun. 2010 to Feb. 2015, and then divided randomly into treatment group and control group (eachn=55). All patients were given therapies of anti-hypertension, lowering blood fat and blood sugar, improving circulation, anti-platelet and expanding volume, and treatment group was additionally given argatroban for adjuvant treatment for 10 d.Results The effective rate was 89.1% in treatment group and 80.0% in control group (P<0.05). The platelet aggregation rate (PAG) decreased significantly in 2 groups after treatment (P<0.05), and PAG was significantly lower in treatment group than that in control group (P<0.05). The incidence of MACCE (hemorrhagic infarction, heart failure, transient ischemia and target vessel revascularization) was significantly lower in treatment group than that in control group (P<0.05) after following up for 3 m.Conclusion Argatroban as adjuvant therapy can inhibit PAG, improve curative effect and reduce the incidence of MACCE in treatment of acute cerebral infarction.
