Effect and management of psycho-cardiology nursing intervention in patients undergone selected coronary intervention therapy

Abstract:Objective To discuss the effect and management mode of psycho-cardiology nursing intervention in patients undergone elective coronary intervention therapy.Methods The patients undergone elective coronary intervention therapy (n=300) were chosen, and 150 in observation group and 150 in control group. The control group was given routine nursing mode, and observation group was additionally given psycho-cardiology nursing intervention. The changes of psychology characteristics and their influence on the degree of satisfaction to nursing service and success rate of radial artery puncture were analyzed.Results The basic material had no difference between 2 groups at hospitalization time. The observation group was significantly superior to control group in anxiety score (P=0.012), depression score (P=0.010), degree of satisfaction to nursing service (P=0.029) and success rate of radial artery puncture (P=0.011).Conclusion Psycho-cardiology nursing intervention can reduce the scores of anxiety and depression, and improve the degree of satisfaction to nursing service and success rate of radial artery puncture in patients undergone elective coronary intervention therapy.
