Abstract:Objective To explore the significance of cyclic adenosine monophosphate (cAMP) and catecholamines levels in judgment and prognosis of coronary heart disease (CHD).Methods 80 CHD patients from January 2014 to October 2015 in The People's Hospital of Sanya City were selected and grouped, depending on stages of CHD and whether heart qi deficiency. Other 40 healthy people were selected as control group. The cAMP, epinephrine (NE) and norepinephrine (NE) were evaluated by sandwich ELISA method. E, NE and cAMP levels in CHD patients during every period were compared. Prognosis, E, NE and cAMP levels in CHD patients with or without heart qi deficiency were compared. Results E, NE and cAMP levels were increased along with disease progression. E, NE and cAMP levels of patients in fibrosis stage were significantly higher than conceal stage, ischemia stage and necrosis stage (P<0.05). E, NE and cAMP levels of patients in necrosis stage were significantly higher than ischemia stage and conceal stage (P<0.05). E, NE and cAMP levels of patients in ischemia stage was significantly higher than conceal stage (P<0.05). E, NE and cAMP levels of patients in CHD heart qi deficiency group were significantly higher than CHD non-heart qi deficiency group and control group (P<0.05). E, NE and cAMP levels of patients in CHD non-heart qi deficiency group was significantly higher than control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the life quality score of CHD heart qi deficiency group was (65.34±6.78), 37 (92.5%) patients had good prognosis; the life quality score of CHD non-heart qi deficiency group was (53.57±7.42), 30 (75.0%)patients had good prognosis. The prognosis of CHD heart qi deficiency group was better than CHD non-heart qi deficiency group (P<0.05).Conclusion The cAMP, E and NE levels were related to disease condition and prognosis; they may be useful for clinical diagnosis and prognosis.
