Abstract：The Meta-analysis of genetic association studies is more and more popular. Even in the genome era, the Meta-analysis of genetic association studies plays a vital role due to the characteristics of genetic association studies. The heterogeneity source of Meta-analysis of genetic association studies presents specific properties. The aim of this study is to introduce the heterogeneity sources according to population characteristics, gene-gene, and gene-environment interactions.
