Abstract:Objective To evaluated the clinical effect of metoprolol combined moricizine on treatment of arrhythmia in coronary heart disease patients. Methods A total of 55 coronary heart disease patients with arrhythmia were selected from the department of Cardiology of Changbanpo Hospital from January 2014 to January 2015, which were randomly divided into the observation group and control group base on the therapeutic regimen. There were 25 patients in observation group and 30 patients in control group. The control group were only treated by moricizine, and the observation were treat with metoprolol combined moricizine. We have compared NT-pro BNP and echocardiography indexes before and after treatment between two groups, and evaluated the efficacy of treatment via cardiac function classification and electrocardiogram (ECG).Results The patients in observation group with plasma NT-proBNP levels of (450.6±100.5) pg/ml ,which was significantly lower than that with the control group (450.6± 100.5) pg/ml after treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). HR, LVDd, LVEF and E/A levels of observation group were superior than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The treatment of moricizine combined with metoprolol is a good way to against arrhythmia in coronary heart disease patients, can significantly improve the diastolic function in patients with heart, and improve the quality of life and survival rate of patients. It has positive popularization significance.
