Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of evidence-based nursing in patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated with arrhythmia, and to look for the better ways of nursing. Methods From July 2013 to October 2014, 98 patients (including 47 males, 51 females, age= 46 -83, average age= 60.8±8.3) with acute myocardial infarction combined with arrhythmia were randomly divided into observation group and control group, Patients in the control group were given by conventional care. On the basis of routine nursing, the experimental group was carried out by the evidence-based nursing. The classification of cardiac arrhythmia, cardiac function classification, average length of stay and bed time were compared. Results Malignant arrhythmia incidence, bed rest time and average length of hospital stay of the observation group were lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Cardiac function of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05). Patient satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (91.84%vs. 71.43%,P<0.05). Conclusion Evidence-based nursing can effectively reduce the incidence of arrhythmia and treatment time, and increase patient satisfaction.
