Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate theclinical significance of psychological counselingin patients withacute myocardial infarction after coronary artery stent implantation (CASI).Method372 patients with acute myocardial infarctionfrom May 2013 to December 2014 in the Navy General Hospital Heart Center underwent emergency CASIwere selected asCASI group.120 patients with coronary heart disease in the corresponding period were selected as control group. Both CASI group and control group were intervened by psychological counseling. Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS), Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS) were used.ResultsRatio of patients with score≥50, ratio of anxiety patients, ratio of patients with moderate to severe depressionin CASI group werehigher than control group(P<0.05).After 3 monthspsychological counseling, condition of depression and anxiety in CASI group was obviously improved.Conclusion Effective psychological counseling can significantly alleviateanxiety and depression after CASI, improve the quality of life of patients, and delay progression of the disease.
