Abstract:Objective Using ultrasonic cardiogram to evaluate the influence of left ventricular preload changes on heart contraction diastole function. Methods From January 2014 to December 2014, 80 patients with renal insufficiency in qinghai province Red Cross hospital were divided into two groups according to the weight difference size after dialysis. Difference of body weight was less than 2.5 kg in group A (35 patients), but more than 2.5kg in group B (45 patients). Before and after the hemodialysis, the left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), the maximum early diastolic velocity (E), late diastolic velocity (A), E/A, left ventricular end-diastolic diameter (LVESD) and left ventricular end systolic diameter (LVEDD) of all patients were respectively measured by the ultrasonic cardiogram. Results After hemodialysis, the indicators of patients in group A had no significant changes. In group B, E were significantly decreased (P<0.05), A were increased significantly (P>0.05), E/A significant lower (P<0.01), LVEF, LVESD and LVEDD indicators had no significant changes (P>0.05).Conclusion When it reaches a certain degree, change of preload would have a significant impact on left ventricular diastolic function. But not on left ventricular systolic function.
