Efficacy of rosuvastatin in treatment of coronary heart disease combined with hyperlipidemia and effects on inflammatory factors and endothelial function

Abstract：Objective To study the effect of rosuvastatin in treatment of coronary heart disease combined with hyperlipidemia and effects on inflammatory factors and endothelial function.Method 100 patients with coronary heart disease combined with hyperlipidemia from July 2014 to July 2015 in Taishan people's Hospital of Guangdong Province were randomly divided into two groups. The observation group was treated with rosuvastatin. The control group was treated with atorvastatin. Total cholesterol (TC) and triglyceride (TG), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), inflammatory cytokines, endothelial function were measured.Result After treatment, TG, TC, hs-CRP and IL-6 of observation group were lower than control group (P<0.05); LDL-C and HDL-C of observation group were higher than control group (P<0.05); total effective rate of observation group (94.0%, 47/50) were higher than control group (62.0%, 31/50,P<0.05).Conclusion Rosuvastatin can significantly decrease the level of inflammatory factors and endothelial function optimization in patients with coronary heart disease combined with hyperlipidemia.
