Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical value of combined cardiac markers detection in diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction (AMI).Method 100 AMI patients in Weinan Maternity and Child Care Centers from Mar.2013 to May 2015 were selected as AMI group. 100 patients without AMI were selected as control group. Then the level of high-sensitivity troponin T (hs-cTnT), myoglobin (Myo) and N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic titanium precursor (NT-proBNP) in plasma, the sensitivity, specificity, diagnose accordance rate and diagnostic efficiency of the indexes were compared. Results The serum level of hs-cTnT, Myo and NT-proBNP of AMI group were obviously higher than the control group (P>0.05). The sensitivity of hs-cTnT, Myo and NT-proBNP was 79.0%, 72.0% and 77.0%, respectively. The specificity of hs-cTnT, Myo and NT-proBNP was 96.0%, 68.0% and 81.0%, respectively. The diagnose accordance rate of hs-CTnT, Myo and NT-proBNP was 86.5%, 94.5% and 87.5%, respectively. The sensitivity of CTnT+NT-proBNP was obviously higher than the other indexes (except hs-CTnT+Myo+NT-proBNP) (P<0.05). The specificity of hs-CTnT+NT-proBNP was lower than hs-CTnT and was higher than the other indexes (P<0.05). The diagnose accordance rate was higher than the other indexes (P<0.05). Conclusion Detection of combined cardiac markers can provide a better evidence for acute myocardial infarction diagnosis, distinguish non-AMI patients with similar syndrome.
