Abstract:Objective To investigate the significance of serum Hcy, β2MG and hs-CRP in patients with H type hypertension and coronary heart disease. Methods 140 patients with essential hypertension and coronary heart disease in the First People's Hospital of Zunyi from October 2014 to December 2015 were selected, including 62 patients with Hcy≥10μmol/L (H type hypertension group) and 78 patients with Hcy<10μmol/L (non H type hypertension group). The serum levels of Hcy, β2MG and hs-CRP were compared between the two groups. The relationship between the degree of coronary artery disease with serum Hcy, β2MG and hs-CRP were analyzed. Results Hcy,β2MG, hs-CRP and Gensini scores in patients with H type hypertension were significantly higher than those in the non H type hypertension group (P<0.05). Hcy, β2MG, hs-CRP, Gensini scores in H type hypertensive patients with coronary single-vessel disease, or double vessel disease, or triple vessel disease were gradually increased (P<0.05). Hcy, β2MG, hs-CRP and Gensini score in H type hypertensive patients with stable angina, unstable angina, or acute myocardial infarction group were gradually increased (P<0.05). Hcy, β2MG, and hs-CRP were significantly positively correlated with Gensini scores in patients with H type hypertension (P<0.05).Conclusion Serum Hcy, β2MG and hs-CRP were correlated with the degree of coronary artery disease in patients with H type hypertension.
