Abstract:Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of breviscapine injection the treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris (CHD).Methods 150 patients with coronary atherosclerosis heart disease (CHD) angina, which admitted in Shanghai first health care of penetration during January 2014 - December 2014, were selected as the research object and divided into the observation group and the control group randomly, each group of 75 cases. The observation group was treated with breviscapine injection and control group was treated with Danshen Injection. The clinical efficacy and hemorrheologic changes of 2 groups after 2 therapeutic courses were observed. Results Observation group with 50 cases significant efficiency, and the total effectual rate was 66.67%and total effective rate was 90.67%. Control group with 29 cases significant efficiency, and the total effectual rate was 38.67% and total effective rate was 64.00%. The total effectual rate and total effective rate of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group the difference was significant statistically significant (P<0.05).The difference in whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, platelet viscosity and fibrinogen had no statistical significance between 2 groups before treatment (P>0.05), while all above indexes of the observation groups were decreased significantly after treatment, the difference was significant statistically significant (P<0.05). That of the control group had no statistical difference compared with before treatment (P>0.05).Conclusion Breviscapine injection has higher clinical efficacy on CHD angina pectoris.
