Abstract:Objective To discuss the curative effect of community comprehensive intervention in patients with hyperlipidemia. Methods The patients with hyperlipidemia (n=270, male 175, female 95, aged from 37 to 78 and average age+51.1±7.1) were chosen from Apr. 3, 2014 to Apr. 24, 2014, and randomly divided into intervention group and control group (eachn=135). The control group was given routine drugs for reducing blood fat, and intervention group was additionally given community comprehensive intervention. After treatment for 6 m, the changes of drug compliance, body mass index (BMI), waist-hip ratio (WHR), triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TC), high-density lipoprotein-cholesterol (HDL-C) and low-density lipoprotein-cholesterol (LDL-C) were compared and analyzed in 2 groups. Results The percentage of patients taken drugs on time was 91.1% in intervention group and 77.0% in control group (P<0.05). BMI was (24.1±3.1) kg/m2 and WHR was (0.77±0.09) in intervention group, and (25.6±3.6) kg/m2 and (0.82±0.11) in control group (allP<0.05). TG was (1.58±0.33) mmol/L, TC was (5.13±1.08) mmol/L and LDL-C was (3.22±1.17) mmol/L in intervention group, and TG was (1.73±0.38) mmol/L, TC was (5.41±1.13) mmol/L LDL-C was (3.53±1.25) mmol/L in control group (allP<0.05). HDL-C was significantly higher in intervention group (1.19±0.33) mmol/L than that in control group (1.08±0.31) mmol/L (P<0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of community comprehensive intervention is significant, which is worth to be popularized in clinic practice.
