Abstract:Objective To discuss the application of digital subtraction angiography (DSA) in diagnosis and treatment of thoracic aortic dissection aneurysm. Methods 62 patients with thoracic aortic dissection aneurysm admitted during January 2014-January 2015 were selected. All patients were given the digital subtraction angiography by Philips FD20. Clinical data and DSA images were analyzed to study the value of DSA examination in treatment of thoracic aortic dissection aneurysm. Results Postures, shooting angle, parameters of high pressure injection and image post-processing were chosen and calculated according to patient condition and individual parameters, then imaged location and breaks of thoracic aortic dissection aneurysm, the difference of true and fake cavity flood, and neighboring vessels. Conclusion Correct and reasonable DSA imaging parameters in the treatment of thoracic aortic dissection aneurysm may accurately image complex thoracic aortic dissecting aneurysm breach, effectively improve the safety of interventional treatment, and be important for increasing the super selective intubation success rate and reducing the surgery time.
