Abstract:Objective To investigate status of dual antiplatelet therapy for patient with acute coronary syndrome and non-revascularization.Methods The study enrolled 981 hospitalized patients who were diagnosed as coronary heart disease without revascularization from 2011 to 2014.Telephone follow-up has been done to record the types and time of taking dual antiplatelet medicine. Results 92.35% of patients had completed the study. 15.56%of them were recommended to take aspirin and clopidogrel for at least 1 year, 42.71% of them were recommended to use dual antiplatelet therapy. The percentage of patients received dual antiplatelet therapy was 28.14%, and 10.26% patients received standard dual antiplatelet therapy. Conclusions The current situation of dual antiplatelet therapy for patient with acute coronary syndrome and non-revascularization is not going well. Not only because of insufficient understanding of physicians, but also because of the lack of patient compliance.
