Abstract:Objective To investigate the influence of hypothermia on inhibitory rate of platelet ADP receptor in pig model of traumatic hemorrhagic shock (THS).Methods The model of THS was established in health adult Bama miniature pigs (n=10). The inhibitory rate of platelet ADP receptor was detected and shock index was calculated respectively before THS (T0), 1 h after THS (T1), and when temperature was 34℃ (T2) and was 30℃ (T3).Results The inhibitory rate of platelet ADP receptor was significantly higher after THS than before [(91.83±5.63)%vs. (83.69 ±3.68)%,P<0.01]. The shock index was positively correlated to inhibitory rate of platelet ADP receptor (r=0.8343, P<0.001). When temperature decreased to 34℃, inhibitory rate of platelet ADP receptor decreased significantly than before [(84.64±4.14)%vs. (91.83±5.63)%,P<0.01]. When temperature continuously decreased to 30℃, inhibitory rate of platelet ADP receptor continuously decreased [(84.64±4.14)%vs. (77.62±4.80)%,P<0.01].Conclusion In pig model of THS, the inhibitory rate of platelet ADP receptor increases significantly when shocking and bleed risk increases, while hypothermia can significantly reduce inhibitory rate of platelet ADP receptor.
