After 7 d, all patients were given reexamination of echocardiogram for observing the closure status of PDA.Results PDA was closed in 19 cases and not closed in 6 cases in treatment group, and spontaneously closed in 10 cases and 11 did not closed in 11 cases in control group. The closure rate was 76% in treatment group and 47.6% in control group (P<0.05).
