Abstract:Objective To discuss the curative effect of amiodarone combining irebesartan on congestive heart failure (CHF) accompanied by ventricular arrhythmia. Methods The patients with CHF accompanied by ventricular arrhythmia (n=90) were chosen from Jul. 2013 to Jul. 2015, and randomly divided into control group and observation group (eachn=45). The control group was treated with cardiotonics, diuretics, dilatation drugs and irebesartan, and observation group was treated additionally with amiodarone. The heart function, ventricular arrhythmia and clinical indexes were compared between 2 groups. Results The total effective rate of heart function treatment was 95.56%in observation group and 80.00% in control group (P<0.05). The total effective rate of ventricular arrhythmia treatment was 93.33% in observation group and 71.11% in control group (P<0.05). After treatment, LVEDd [(58.37 ±5.86) mmvs. (61.54±6.08) mm], LVEF [(10.31±3.28) mmvs. (12.52±4.51) mm], LVPWT [(40.70±8.73)%vs. (36.28±5.14)%], heart rate [93.99±13.64) minvs. (102.53±12.51) min] and QT interval dispersion [(41.22±3.48) msvs. (31.21±3.35) ms] were all better in observation group than those in control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Amiodarone combining irebesartan has a good curative effect in patients with CHF accompanied by ventricular arrhythmia, and the heart function of patients’ is improved significantly.
