Curative effect of atorvastatin combining Tanshinone IIA Sodium Injection on angina pectoris of coronary heart disease

Abstract：Objective To observe the curative effect of atorvastatin combining Tanshinone IIA Sodium Injection on angina pectoris of coronary heart disease (CHD).Methods The patients with CHD (n=92) were chosen from Mar. 2010 to Apr. 2015, and then randomly divided into observation group and control group (eachn=46). The control group was treated with atorvastatin and observation group, with atorvastatin combining Tanshinone IIA Sodium Injection. The curative effect, indexes of electrocardiogram (ECG), blood fat and myocardial enzyme were compared between 2 groups.Results The total effective rate was 95.7% (44 cases) in observation group and 76.1%(35 cases) in control group (P<0.05). The effective rate of ECG was 93.5% (43 cases) in observation group and 73.9% (n=34) in control group (P<0.05). The level of triglyceride [(1.4±0.4) mmol/Lvs. (2.5±0.6) mmol/L], total cholesterol [(4.1±1.1) mmol/Lvs. (6.8±1.2) mmol/L], low-density lipoprotein-cholesterol [(2.8±0.9) mmol/Lvs. (4.1±1.1) mmol/L] decreased, and high-density lipoprotein-cholesterol [(1.9±0.4) mmol/Lvs. (1.5±0.5) mmol/L] increased in observation group compared with control group after treatment (allP<0.05). The levels of creatine kinase, creatine kinase MB (CK-MB), lactic dehydrogenase (LDH) and HBDH were lower in observation group than those in control group (allP<0.05).Conclusion Atorvastatin combining Tanshinone IIA Sodium Injection has good curative effect on CHD, and angina pectoris is relieved significantly.
