Abstract:Objective To detect the variations and correlation of thrombelastogram (TEG) parameters in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) and hyperlipidemia for guiding clinical treatment. Methods CHD patients (n=127, male 50 and female 77) were chosen from May 2014 to Dec. 2014, and then divided into hyperlipidemia group (n=84) and non-hyperlipidemia group (n=43) according to patients’ level of blood fat. All patients were given TEG detection for calculating and obtaining parameters of R, K, Angle, MA, LY30, EPL, AA and ADP. Results Compared with non-hyperlipidemia group, R and K decreased and Angle and MA increased in hyperlipidemia group (all P<0.05). Correlation analysis showed that CHD hyperlipidemia risk was negatively related to R and K (r=-0.288, r=-0.304), and positively related to Angle and MA (r=0.409, r=0.266, all P<0.01). Regression analysis showed that Angle was a risk factor of CHD hyperlipidemia, and Logistic regression equation obtained through stepwise regression was logit (p)=-8.938+0.154 Angle. Conclusion The patients with CHD hyperlipidemia have higher thrombogenesis risk, so the monitoring of coagulation function should be stressed.
