Abstract:Objective To review the genetic correlation between polymorphism of coagulation factor Ⅶ and coronary heart disease (CHD) in Chinese population. Methods The databases of CNKI, CBM, CSJD, WanFang Database, PubMed, EMbase, ISI Web of Knowledge and Cochrane Library (from establishment time Jul. 2015) were retrieved with computer assisted by manual retrieving. The randomized controlled trials (RCT) about the genetic correlation between polymorphism of coagulation factor Ⅶ and CHD in Chinese population were included and the data were screened and extracted by 2 researchers independently. The quality of included RCT was reviewed taking the study report standard recommended by NHI-NHGRI working group as base, and given a Meta-analysis by using Stata11.0 software. Results There were totally 11 RCT included (2789 in CHD group and 2580 in control group). The results of Meta-analysis showed that CHD risk increased in Chinese population with genotype RR compared with that in those with genotype QQ (OR=1.710, 95%CI: 1.109~2.637,P=0.015), and CHD risk increased in Chinese population with genotype RQ compared with that in those with genotype QQ (OR=1.692, 95%CI:1.074~2.655,P=0.023). The difference in CHD risk had no statistical significance between Chinese population with genotype RR and those with genotype RQ (OR=1.008, 95%CI: 0.886~1.146,P=0.908).Conclusion The existing research evidences indicate that polymorphism of coagulation factor Ⅶ has definite genetic correlation with CHD in Chinese population, and allele R is an inherit susceptibility gene of CHD.
