Abstract:Objective To discuss the influence of thrombolytic therapy on electrocardiogram (ECG) changes in patients with acute pulmonary embolism. Methods The patients (n=65, male 42, female 23, aged from 33 to 76 and average age=52.3±11.2) were chosen from Jan. 2014 to Dec. 2014. The changes of ECG were compared before and after treatment, including right axis deviation, right bundle branch block (RBBB), pulmonary P-wave (PPV), precordial T wave inversion, R wave amplitude elevation in lead aVR, nodal tachycardia, and inversions of SⅠQⅢTⅢ, SⅠQⅢ, SⅠand Tv1~v5. Results After treatment, the incidence of right axis deviation, SⅠQⅢTⅢand nodal tachycardia decreased [(23.1% vs. 9.2%), (53.8% vs. 27.7%), (49.2% vs. 23.1%), all P<0.05]. Conclusion Thrombolytic therapy can improve the ECG indexes in patients with acute pulmonary embolism.
