Abstract:Objective To investigate the predictive factors of curative effect of percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) in patients with heart failure of coronary heart disease (CHD). Methods The patients (n=105) were given PCI after drug treatment guided by guideline for completing partial coronary revascularization. The clinical and therapeutic data were collected for observing the changes of all indexes before and after PCI through 6-m follow-up. All patients were divided into respond group and nonrespond group, and their basic clinical data, and angiography and PCI information were compared. The predictive factors of curative effect of PCI were analysis by applying binary Logistic regression analysis. Results Among 105 patients, there were 36 with and 69 without curative effects, and effective rate was 34.29%. The study totally enclosed 18 observation indexes, and age, diabetic history, LVEDd, SYNTAX scores, and yes-or-no in pre-PCI angina symptoms, pathological Q wave at chest leads and completed revascularization had statistical difference between 2 groups (all P<0.05). The binary Logistic regression analysis showed that age (OR=1.117, 95%CI:1.108~1.250, P=0.045), diabetes (OR=14.337, 95%CI:2.677~76.797, P=0.002), angina symptoms (OR=0.231, 95%CI:0.183~0.294, P=0.037), and pathological Q wave of chest leads (OR=37.444, 95%CI:5.954~235.459, P=0.000) were independent predictive factors of PCI efficacy, and their specificity was 58.3%, sensitivity was 95.7%and percentage of correct prediction was 82.9%. Conclusion The patients with heart failure of CHD are younger, have pre-PCI angina symptoms and have not diabetes and pathological Q wave of chest leads, which are independent predictive factors of PCI efficacy.
