Application value of clinical nursing pathway to patients with acute coronary syndrome

Abstract：Objective To investigate the Application value of clinical nursing pathway to patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS). Methods The patients with ACS (n=100) were randomly divided into two group (each n=50). Control group was given routine cardiologic nursing and intervention group was given routine nursing and clinical nursing pathway. After one week, the changes of clinical indexes were observed, and total effective rate was compared. The satisfaction to the nursing was investigated in the aspects of technologic quality, safety, timely service, health education, humanistic care, service attitude and admission education through questionnaire. Results The total effective rate was 82.0%in intervention group and 64.0%in control group (P<0.01). The satisfaction was higher in intervention group than that in control group (P<0.01). Conclusion Clinical nursing pathway is an effective nursing mode for ACS, which can effectively improve patients’ satisfaction and curative effect.
