Curative effect of Fufang Danshen Gutta Pills combining rosuvastatin on coronary heart disease complicating hyperlipidemia

Abstract：Objective To observe the curative effect of Fufang Danshen Gutta Pills combining rosuvastatin on coronary heart disease (CHD) complicating hyperlipidemia. Methods CHD patients (n=182) were randomly divided into control group treated with rosuvastatin calcium and observation group treated with Fufang Danshen Gutta Pills combining rosuvastatin for 8 w. The changes of heart functional parameters, blood fat level, hemorrheological indexes and curative effect were compared between two groups before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate was 79.1%in control group and 93.4%in observation group (P<0.05). In observation group, LVEF, cardiac output (CO) and cardiac index (CI) increased, and LVEDD and levels of total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG) and low-density lipoprotein-cholesterol (LDL-C) decreased (P<0.05) compared with control group after treatment. The indexes of whole blood reduced viscosity at high share rate, platelet aggregation rate and plasma viscosity decreased, but had no statistical significance (P>0.05). Conclusion Fufang Danshen Gutta Pills combining rosuvastatin can improve the curative effect, heart function and hemorrheological condition, and reduce blood fat level and in the patients with CHD complicating hyperlipidemia.
