Abstract:Objective To observe the influence of Qishen Yiqi Gutta Pills on perioperation myocardial damage in the patients with stable coronary heart disease (CHD) after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). Methods The patients (n=101) with selected PCI were chosen from Jan. 2012 to Jun. 2013 and randomly divided into Qishen Yiqi Gutta Pills group (Qishen group, n=51) and routine treatment group (control group, n=50). Control group was treated with routine theray of CHD and Qishen group, with Qishen Yiqi Gutta Pills (0.5 g 3 times a day) besides of routine treatment immediately after hospitalizaton. After 3 d to 7 d (5.5±1.5) the patients were given PCI. The concentration of plasma TnI and CK-MB were detected respectively the next morning after hospitalization and the next morning after PCI. The changes of plasma TnI and CK-MB were observed before and after PCI. Results There was no significant difference in the concentration of plasma TnI and CK-MB in two groups before and after PCI (P>0.05). After PCI, the concentration of plasma TnI and CK-MB increased significantly in control group (P<0.01), and had increasing trend in Qishen group but was not significantly different (P>0.05). The concentration of TnI and CK-MS was significantly lower in Qishen group than those in control group after PCI (P<0.05). Conclusion Qishen Yiqi Gutta Pills can alleviate the myocardial damage in the patients with stable CHD during perioperation of PCI.
