Prediction and analysis of Q-Marker for Shenge Bushen Capsules based on chemical composition and network pharmacology

Abstract：Shenge Bushen Capsule is a traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)compound preparation developed under the guidance of TCM theory and combined with modern pharmaceutical technology.It is indicated for mild to moderate depression of TCM syndrome of qi and yin deficiency,and kidney qi deficiency.Based on a summary of the chemical constituents of Shenge Bushen Capsule,this study applied network pharmacology methods and integrated the core concept of quality marker(Q-Marker)to predict and analyze the Q-Marker of Shenge Bushen Capsule.The results showed that formononetin,3'-methoxydaidzein,daidzein-4,7-diglucoside,puerarin,icariin,anhydroicaritin,chrysoseriol,kaempferol,luteolin,and quercetin are the key active components of Shenge Bushen Capsules and can serve as its Q-Marker.Which can provide a reference for establishing a comprehensive quality standard for Shenge Bushen Capsule.
