Abstract：Ion chromatography,an important branch of liquid chromatography,has been widely used in the field of analytical chemistry due to its advantages including rapidity,sensitivity,good selectivity,and the ability to simultaneously determine multiple components.This paper comprehensively summarizes the technical principles,development history,detection methods and pretreatment techniques of ion chromatography(IC),with emphasis on its application in pharmaceutical analysis,particularly in the quality control of aminoglycoside antibiotics,with the aim of providing a comprehensive summary for future research and application.
