Abstract:Objective:To systematically review the pharmacoeconomic assessment of dupilumab in the treatment of adult atopic dermatitis(AD),providing an economic basis for its clinical application. Methods:A systematic search was conducted in Chinese and English databases, including CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,PubMed,Embase,Cochrane Library, and Web of Science, from their inception to March 2025.Literature was screened based on inclusion and exclusion criteria, and the quality of the literature was assessed using the QHES scale. The results of the studies were systematically reviewed. Results:A total of 11 high-quality studies were included, all of which utilized Markov models. All studies conducted uncertainty analyses. The results showed that 6 studies supported the superior cost-effectiveness of dupilumab compared to standard treatments or other drugs;3 studies indicated that abrocitinib was more cost-effective than dupilumab;and 1 study suggested that further evidence was needed to support the economic study. Conclusion:Dupilumab demonstrates superior cost-effectiveness compared to conventional treatments in the management of adult atopic dermatitis. However, more high-quality pharmacoeconomic studies based on the Chinese population are needed to further validate its cost-effectiveness and provide a scientific basis for clinical decision-making.
