Abstract：Severe fever with thrombocytopenia syndrome(SFTS)is an acute infectious disease caused by Dabie bandavirus,with increasing incidence reported worldwide.It is clinically characterized by fever,fatigue,gastrointestinal symptoms,leukopenia,and thrombocytopenia.Severe cases often present with multiple organ dysfunction and are associated with high mortality.Currently,in some regions,physicians have limited experience in diagnosing and treating SFTS,and optimal therapeutic strategies remain under debate.Integrating the latest global evidence and clinical experience,this guideline provides a systematic overview of the etiology,epidemiology,early diagnosis,and risk stratification of SFTS,and offers evidence-based evaluations and recommendations regarding the efficacy and safety of various treatment options.It aims to enhance clinicians'ability to diagnose and treat SFTS,thereby reducing the rate of severe cases and mortality.
