Abstract:Alzheimer's disease(AD)is a neurodegenerative disease characterized by complex pathogenesis and an insidious onset. The absent of accurate early diagnostic methods often leads to diagnosis only at the stage of significant cognitive impairment, thereby missing the optimal intervention window. This delay limits clinical efficacy and imposes substantial care burdens on families and society.Recent breakthroughs in biomarker development have provided new methods for early identification of AD.This article systematically analyzes the research progress of biomarkers in body fluids such as cerebrospinal fluid, blood, saliva, urine and feces, and discusses their clinical applications with advantages and disadvantages.Although biomarker technology has matured, further in-depth and comprehensive research is still needed in areas such as the development of specific biomarkers, the establishment of standardized testing systems and the combination of multiple biomarkers.
