Abstract：The"Guidelines on Pharmaceutical Development of Mini-Tablets(Chemicals)(trial)"was issued by the Center for Drug Evaluation in February 2024,aiming to regulate and guide the research and development of mini-tablets.Based on the guiding principles and relevant work in the drafting process,this paper analyzes the formulation characteristics,quality control,and stability of mini-tablets,hoping to be helpful to the research and development of high-quality mini-tablets with clinical demand.
