Rapid health technology assessment of brentuximab vedotin for the treatment of relapsed or refractory Hodgkin lymphoma

Abstract：Objective:To evaluate the efficacy,safety,and economy of bentuximab vedotin(BV)in the treatment of relapsed or refractory classic Hodgkin lymphoma(R/R cHL)based on rapid health technology assessment(HTA),thus to provide references for the rational use of the drug in the clinic.Methods:PubMed,Embase,the Cochrane Library,CNKI,Wanfang,SinoMed,etc.were searched for systematic review,meta-analysis,HTA,and pharmacoeconomic researches.Two reviewers independently identified studies,extracted data,and accessed the quality of the included studies.Qualitative analysis was performed.Results:Seven Meta-analysis,four pharmacoeconomic studies,and one HTA were included.Conclusion:The efficacy and safety of BV are good while the economy needs further evaluation.
