Abstract：The patent data of Chinese traditional medicine fermentation technology was retrieved through PatSnap patent database,and the patent information was analyzed by the number of patent applications,applicants,legal status,market value,technical field,etc.,and the development trend information of Chinese traditional medicine fermentation technology was excavated.At present,the traditional Chinese medicine fermentation patent industry is in the mature stage,the technical competition is more intense,the patent concentration is declining,and the technical field is in a more active state.The application degree of Chinese traditional medicine fermentation patent cooperation is low,and there is some deficiency in patent transformation and key patent fields.The hot technical fields of Chinese traditional medicine fermentation patent mainly concentrate in the technical means of extracting fermentation strains,combining probiotics,improving fermentation technology,and improving the ratio of Chinese medicine and other technical means to enhance the property of medicine,cure new diseases,reduce costs,improve the performance of animal feed,etc.Among them,the fermentation technology to improve the extraction efficiency of limited components of Chinese medicine and enhance the efficacy are the most popular fields.The development of Chinese traditional medicine fermentation patent industry should pay attention to the transformation of patents,investment of high-quality patents,strengthening of collaborative innovation,and the research and development strategies of hot and blank areas of technology.
