Abstract：Longdan(Gentianae Radix et Rhizoma)is the dried root and rhizome of gentiaceae plant.Gentianae Radix et Rhizoma mainly contains cyclic ether iridoids,flavonoids,triterpenoids,ketones,amino acids and other chemical components.It has anti-inflammatory,antibacterial,anti-tumor,antioxidant effects,liver and gallbladder preservation and other pharmacological effects.By sorting and summarizing the chemical composition and pharmacological effects of gentian,based on the theory of Chinese medicine quality markers(Q-marker),the Q-marker composition was predicted.It was found that gentiopicroside,sweroside,swertiamain,loganin,and loganic acid can be used as gentian Q-marker indicators,in order to provide reference for the quality evaluation of Gentianae Radix et Rhizoma.
