Abstract：Jingui Shenqi Pill is a traditional Chinese medicine that has the effects of nourishing yin and the kidney,invigorating qi and supporting yang.Clinically,it is widely used in the treatment of symptoms such as soreness in the waist and knees,fatigue,frequent urination and excessive urination caused by kidney deficiency,and can also be used for diseases of the immune system,genitourinary system,nervous system and other diseases.This paper summarizes the historical evolution,chemical composition and pharmacological effects of Jingui Shenqi Pill by consulting ancient books and relevant literature of CNKI.It also predicts the quality markers of Jingui Shenqi Pill based on the"Five Principles"of quality markers.The results showed that quercetin,kaempferol,stachyose,β-sitosterol and zeepol A could be used as the potential quality markers for Jingui Shenqi Pill,laying a foundation for the development,application and clinical research of TCM compounds.
