The application of entire process closed-loop traceability management system for drugs based on browser/server architecture in hospitals

Abstract：Objective:To observe the information uploading of drug traceability code by closed-loop traceability management system for the entire process of drug procurement based on browser/server(B/S)architecture,and the effects on hospital pharmacy management and the supervision of medical insurance funds.Methods:The Second Hospital of Shandong University actively took the lead in exploring and adopting an information-based closed-loop traceability management system for the entire process of drug procurement based on the browser/server(B/S)architecture.Results:Based on this system,the hospital has connected the entire process of drug circulation traceability for the manufacturers-the distribution enterprise-the hospital-the patient,solving the problem of'broken chain'in the circulation and application of drug tracablility codes,and achieving a closed loop of the entire chain.The research results show that the data upload system based on the the B/S architecture is easy,convenient and fast to use.Conclusion:The full-process closed-loop traceability management system for drug can realize the informatization of drug expiration date management,innovate the pharmaceutical service model,strengthen the rights and interests of insured persons,achieve paperless office for the two-vote system,and enhance the safety and regulatory capabilities of medical insurance fund.
